Martin Fassi is an outgoing private chef in Houston, TX, and the owner of Fassi’s Catering. For Martin, cooking is a lifelong passion, a moment of meditation in which he can lose himself. In the kitchen, he is confident and relaxed.
Half-Italian and Half-Argentinian, Martin has traveled the world, living on opposite ends of the globe and honing his craft. While he has been cooking since he was a child, he studied at Lenotre French Culinary School and worked as a sous chef and executive chef at a range of restaurants.
Today, Martin owns Fassi’s Catering, teaches cooking classes, and is a private chef for short-term and long-term clients. In every endeavor, seeks to share his love for food as he expressed his vast knowledge of cooking.
